SOLITUDE JOURNAL: FIRST SOLO ROAD TRIP IN ITALY

In October 2021, I've had my first ever solo road-trip in Italy. The purpose of the trip was to spend quality time in solitude and balance after a hectic summer and burnout. I video journaled my daily moments of recentering and edited them into short video series 'solitude journal', where I step back into myself internally and on camera and share some of my inner dialogue that's been challenging and at the same time insightful and beneficial.
