To show up from an authentic place is hard, as there aren't so many examples… First you don't know how to be, then you just let it be, then you feel cringe, then you accept and move on.

Being authentic is a revolutionary act.

However, THE MAIN POINT OF IT IS: to not add to the digital fantasy of a PERFECT LIFE.

Everyone is so quick to share the BEST MOMENTS, achievements, happiness, abundance. It's so amazing, I love it too!

But how about the other side of the coin?

Not so many want to talk about feeling down, confused, insecure.

Balance is key.

We need to hear these stories too!
