MEDITATIVE PRACTISE: Anxiety Relief Game

Sometimes when I feel anxious I go out for a walk, ideally somehwere in natural environment and as I walk observe and examine all different shapes, textures, colours and patterns that I find on my way

I keep my senses involved

I observe

I smell

I touch

I listen to the sounds

doing it for a few minutes opens up a whole new world that exists normally unnoticed by me

a world that I am deeply connected to

a world that exists within me and that I exist within

I find peace, balance and trust observing the natural world, the way it grows, changes, thrives, survives, dies and births again

nature flows without direction nature is not concerned with tomorrow, for it is dancing today

Stop labelling the tree and yourself, notice that all separation is a consequence of the labelling process

allow all boundaries to dissolve

get outside
